Olympian EST

Olympian EST is a diagnostic tool for engines Perkins, which consists of a set of hardware and software (Integrated Parts and Service System, or "TIPSS") interface that the user can use to communicate with the 2300/2800 electronic engine Perkins (FG Wilson 300 - 750 kVA range).

In general, the interface diagnostics Olympian EST provides the user with an effective tool for diagnosing problems of the engine and the ability to configure the system parameters.
After installing a diagnostic tool Olympian EST user gets access to:
 Override Powerwizard level three passwords
 Configure and/or change system parameters
 Display, graph and record logs of parameter status
 Display the status of a group of parameters (temperatures, pressures, etc)
 View and clear active and logged diagnostic codes
 View and clear active and logged event codes
 Display, view or change the current Configuration File or Base level Flash File
 Upload, download and save configuration files
 View a list of irregularities logged by the ECM (engine control module)
 Perform diagnostic tests
 Perform calibrations
 Print reports and diagnostic results.

List of main changes:
The main change in the ECM on the 2300/2800 series engines Perkins. Empty ECM can be configured using the EST.
Key to the replacement or modernization of FG Wilson PowerWizard Control Panel module - a new standard in FG Wilson control systems. Empty unit can be configured using EST (installation of the database file to an empty flash module PowerWizard).
 Allows dealers to upload, download and save the client configuration.
 Allows you to bypass PowerWizard third level passwords.
 Allows dealers to update the software version PowerWizard client control panel, as needed. New versions of software can improve the functionality of the control panel.
 Allows dealers to install additional language files PowerWizard, as needed.

To use the diagnostic Olympian EST user will need a laptop or a USB or serial port, and Windows 2000 or XP. The program is quite demanding EST to the processor, and hence the slower processor, the slower the program will work.
Service diagnostic tool Olympian EST were tested on Windows 7. However, CA3 does not work on Windows 7 64-bit PCs. This is a known issue and will be resolved in the next version.
