Cummins INSITE 9.3.0 Pro is a PC-based diagnostic and service application designed to communicate with Cummins electronic engines. New Features and Parameters

• Trip Information – Fuel Cell Base: records common trip data used in fuel cell applications.
• Variable Oil Pump Monitoring: allows comparison between commanded oil pressure and actual measured values.

Note: These parameters are only visible if supported and enabled within the engine calibration.

INSITE 9.3.0 is supported on:

• Windows 11 (64-bit)

Not supported:

• Windows XP, Vista, 7 (all editions), 8, 8.1

Support for older systems has been discontinued by Microsoft:

• Windows 7 – support ended January 2020
• Windows 8.1 – support ended January 2023
• Windows 10 – support ended October 2025

Starting from future INSITE releases (planned from March 2026), only 64-bit operating systems will be supported.

Known Issues and Diagnostics

Communication-related error codes:

• Error 5200: Connection lost between PC and adapter
• Error 5201: Connection lost between the adapter and the ECM
• Error 5202: No communication between PC and adapter
• Error 5204: No communication with ECM

If automatic detection fails, manual configuration of the datalink adapter may be required.

Datalink Adapter Notes

• Use only approved cables for INLINE 6, INLINE 7, or USB-Link 3 adapters
• Incorrect cables may cause communication failures or hardware damage
• If the connection becomes unstable, power-cycle the adapter (disconnect for 5 seconds)
• The adapter should be connected to постоянному источнику питания (not ignition-dependent)
• Maximum backbone length: 40 meters; stub length: up to 1 meter
• Expected resistance across datalink: ~60 Ohms
• INLINE Mini adapter is not supported
