Remote support software provides technical assistants with access to network resources, files, and applications on a remote machine to help you whenever you are in need.
Important Notice. We do not provide nor recommend using a remote support service to support and maintain accounting computers or computers with sensitive, confidential information.
The standard support package includes
- 12 Months of updates for the ordered products
You can request a remote setup to the more recent version of the product, in case it's available from us
- 12 Months of support for already purchased software
Basic remote support for connection and software-related issues.
The 2 transfers of existing licenses to another laptop(previously installed software license must be deactivated)
- 12 months of Advanced PC support
Advanced PC support, which covers virus removal, Windows-related issues, and other PC-related problems
