Offline Desktop Application

The catalog is a Windows-based desktop program that runs offline with a single mouse click. An internet connection is only required if you want to install updates.

Updates and Support

Clark updates the program every six months. You request our free support to handle it for you. We offer free support for 1 year. Remember, your PC will need internet access at least twice a year to complete updates.

Full range of parts documentation

This catalog includes complete parts and service documentation for Clark’s full product line. It supports multiple languages, including English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, and Korean.

The software provides access to OEM parts identification, cross-reference data, service and maintenance manuals, adjustment and overhaul guides, training materials, service bulletins, and diagnostic tools for both IC and electric truck systems. In total, it covers over 800,000 trucks manufactured from 1962 to the present.

Using the Truck Serial Number

Each Clark forklift has a unique serial number, which is the key to accessing the correct parts and service information. By entering this number, you can reduce downtime and ensure accurate repairs or replacements.

The serial number is typically found on the truck’s data plate and stamped into the frame, usually on the right-hand side below the step plate. Always ask your customer for the full serial number when working with their machine.
